The competency test has been held for one week. Starting from Friday, 14 February 2025 until 21 February 2025, all nursing students grade 12 followed the agendas of the competency test.

The test is an assessment to measure students' competency both in theory and practice. Today, Friday, 21 February 2025, was the last day of the competency test. All students were enthusiastic and serious in taking part in the competency exam. The students were scheduled to take part in a series of USK activities in the Nursing Assistant laboratory room. On the previous days, they had to do the written test and continued by the competency sertification test.

The material tested included self-care, environmental cleanliness and patient care (Checking vital signs, making beds outside of work, bathing patients, washing corpses).

The assessors were from LSP health service in the field of nursing.

Successfully, all of the students (115 students) were classified as Competent in this test. Mrs. Yunita Sevina Rahmawati, a head of  Nursing program SMK Kesehatan Bantul as well as the chairperson in this competency test, said that the success of the test was due to the hard work of all the nurse teachers and the students themselves.
