School Culture Carnival to Commemorate the 270th Yogyakarta's Anniversary

SMK Kesehatan Bantul took part in a cultural carnival to commemorate the 270th anniversary of the Yogyakarta Special Region (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). This cultural carnival was held on Thursday, 20 February 2025. The carnival took place from 07.00 - 08.30 a.m. All students were required to take part in the carnival accompanied by their homeroom teachers (wali kelas). The school principal, Drs. Slamet Raharja, M.Pd. also accompanied the march.

All the participants already marched at the school field. The route was from SMK Kesehatan Bantul - Jalan Parangtritis - gas station went to the west and back to the school. This carnival celebration was carried out as a form of culture preservation.

The theme of 270th Yogyakarta Anniversary is "Tumata, Tuwuh, Ngrembaka" with a yellow, green and red logo with a jatilan icon appearing on one of the numbers.

The main spirit of this commemoration is the active involvement in the society on building the future.
