SMK Kesehatan Bantul Held MPLS, New Students Welcomed Warmly

SMK Kesehatan Bantul held the first day of its Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) or New Student Orientation on Monday, July 14, 2025. The event was attended by all 10th and 11th-grade students, with the aim of introducing them to the school environment and increasing their awareness of the importance of education and discipline.

The first day of MPLS began with a flag ceremony led by the school principal, Drs. Slamet Raharja, M.Pd. The ceremony was an important moment to introduce new students to the school environment and increase their awareness of the importance of education and discipline.

For 10th-grade students, the MPLS program will last for five days, from Monday, July 14, 2025, to Friday, July 18, 2025. During the MPLS, 10th-grade students will be introduced to the school environment, teachers, and extracurricular activities available at SMK Kesehatan Bantul.

Meanwhile, for 11th-grade students, the MPLS program will only consist of a briefing by their respective homeroom teachers. The briefing aims to provide information and motivation to 11th-grade students to improve their academic performance and discipline.

By holding MPLS, SMK Kesehatan Bantul hopes to increase students' awareness and discipline, as well as introduce them to a conducive and supportive learning environment.

The school principal, Drs. Slamet Raharja, M.Pd, hopes that the MPLS program will run smoothly and successfully, and that it will increase students' awareness and discipline. He also hopes that students will utilize the MPLS program to broaden their knowledge and skills.
