It was the second day of SMK Kesehatan Bantul’s 14th anniversary celebration. It was such a great day on Wednesday morning, October 15th, 2025. The music that blasted all around the school made everyone feel energetic to start the day’s events. The school was already crowded with students’ stands, guests, university job fairs, bazaars, and many more exciting things.

The event began with the MC greeting the audience. It was also time to open the day’s celebration with a special performance by the teachers’ choir. They sang “Jogja Istimewa” by Ndarboy. The song was chosen intentionally because not only is Yogyakarta a special city, but Kesba also holds a special place in the hearts of all school members.

Not only the teachers, but the students also got to showcase their performances. SMK Kesehatan Bantul has many students with incredible talents, so it was easy for them to perform for today’s occasion. All classes participated in performing for the school’s anniversary. There were students who sang, performed short theater plays, and danced — both traditional and modern. One of the university representatives from the job fair even said that the performances were so impressive that they wanted to invite one of the traditional group dance to perform at their upcoming event.

Besides the performances, the school also held a food bazaar organized by all classes from 10th to 12th grade. Three representatives from each class managed their booths. They sold a variety of foods that made it hard for buyers to choose what to eat! There were foods such as udang keju, wonton, bakso, dimsum, and drinks like ice jeyuk, soda mojito, and the most recommended one — es mango yakult.

The 14th anniversary of SMK Kesehatan Bantul was not only a moment of celebration but also a reminder of how much creativity and togetherness the school community shares. The event successfully strengthened the bond among teachers, students, and guests. Hopefully, next year’s anniversary will be just as memorable — or even more special!
